The Real Estate market in the Triangle varies from region to region. Some areas of Raleigh will have multiple offers with one day on the market and will exceed asking price. Other areas will take a bit longer and you might have some negotiating room. It take a little research and experience to know how to best proceed.  You don’t want to over pay but you don’t want to lose your dream home. It is a balancing act and it is not always about the highest price.  I have many techniques that I
use to help win bids but not
overpay.

The buying process is stressful and the mortgage process is even tougher. It is always my goal to remain calm and keep the process moving toward the finish line even when emotions are running high. There are many ways to solve a problem and I work hard to find the best solution that works to our advantage.  I have learned a lot about how to play this game over the past twenty years and I would love to share it with you.

Over the years I have lived in North Durham, Southern Wake, Inside the Raleigh Belt line and now North West Raleigh near Rex Hospital. Every year I find myself working in all these areas. My client list is pretty scattered across the area so I am always ready to go where the business leads me.

Though single family homes and townhomes are the majority of my business, I have been fortunate enough to sell homes in most of the downtown condo buildings as well. Each community has its own charms and I like learning about what makes each home special.
